AMERICAN TRUCKERS FREEDOM CONVOY CODE OF CONDUCT

The Great American Patriot Project(GAPP) community is made up of a network of people with a common agenda, cause, and interests, who collaborate by sharing ideas, information, and resources. Upon registration to our event all attendees agree to abide by our code of conduct. It is of utmost importance to GAPP that each person attending one of our conferences and events has a positive and rewarding experience and to that end, we invite all sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, vendors, and others ("Participants") to help us realize a safe, respectful, and positive experience for everyone. When you participate in an event hosted by GAPP you are contributing to the overall experience, which makes us all accountable to each other. GAPP has adopted this Code of Conduct to provide guidelines to participates and to ensure that all participants understand what behavior is expected, and what behavior will not be tolerated at a GAPP event. GAPP expects all participants to abide by this Code of Conduct at all events. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everyone. We value the participation of each attendee and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience at the freedom convoys. Accordingly, all attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees and non-attendees throughout all events hosted by the GAPP throughout the duration of the event.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR GAPP EXPECTS THAT EVENT ATTENDEES

1. Be considerate and respectful to all community members.

2. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.

3. Notify convoy staff if they observe anything at an event that conflicts with this Code of Conduct.

4. All attendees will obey all traffic laws, be respectful and courteous of other drivers. It is noteworthy to recognize that in accordance with FMCSR 390.3T(General Applicability), and FMCSR 383.5 (Definition of Commercial Vehicle) we will not be stopping at weigh stations, as required by law for inter/intrastate commerce. This will prevent back-ups at scale houses, increase safety by limiting the possibility of a semi being rear ended while trying to enter, and allow the scale house to be used as designed to properly monitor trucks that ARE engaged in inter/intrastate commerce. We have asked that this be made known to the scale houses, so it is not mistaken that we are disobeying the law by passing.

5. No offensive violence will be tolerated for any reason. Any violence will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

WE DO NOT TOLERATE HARASSMENT OF CONVOY PARTICIPANTS IN ANY FORM

The freedom convoys are dedicated to providing a harassment-free convoy experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, or religion. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, religion, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, and inappropriate physical conduct.
